The powerful Rainbow Beldy composition for saunas and baths is effective when the ambient temperature is just above body temperature. At home, it can be used according to this algorithm:

1. We warm the bathroom with hot air (we collect hot water into the bath with the door closed).
2. Lightly “steam” under a hot shower (1-2 minutes)
3. We distribute Beldy over the body in a dense layer in circular motions
4. Massage for 3-5 minutes (if you use a mitten to massage problem areas - an excellent anti-cellulite remedy!).
