Prevents wet weather

Application:

Apply to wet hair, spread with a comb with sparse teeth or a Tangle Teezer. Start styling with a hairdryer and brushing. For a shine, finish styling with an iron. Apply as a finish to dry hair to protect against atmospheric moisture and fluff.
