Ingredients:

Natural ingredients for maximum hair fiber preservation.

• Betania: A natural ingredient extracted from sugar beet helps protect the hair fiber from dehydration and helps maintain moisture balance.
• Squalane: A natural ingredient derived from olives, it acts as a hydrolipidic barrier to the scalp, protecting the hair fiber.
• Up to 10 levels of lightening: The exclusive formula allows you to lighten natural hair up to 10 tones and previously colored hair up to 8 tones.
• Blue-violet pigments: Intense and pure dyes that provide optimal shade and care for the hair.

Mode of application:

For strong lightening and maximum protection, mix Power Deco bleach with Oxi Blue (40g + 80g) in a 1+2 ratio and add 1/2 part of Blond Control Oil (20ml).

It is important to follow the mixing order: first mix the bleach with the developer, and then add the oil. Changing the order may affect the effectiveness of whitening.

For maximum lightening, mix Power Deco bleach with Oxi Blue (40g + 80-120g) in a ratio of 1+3 to 1+2. The system can be used in a 1+2 ratio on more resistant hair where high lightening power is required.

For controlled lightening of natural hair, mix Blond Control Oil with Oxi Blue (50g + 100g) in a 1+2 ratio.

The exposure time varies depending on the desired level of lightening and the condition of the hair from 20 to 60 minutes. Apply the bleach immediately after mixing to dry (unwashed) hair. After the waiting time has expired, rinse with plenty of water. Then use PlexForte products and finish with Nº2 Bond Filler.
