SALICYLIC ACID is characterized by a rather high lipophilicity, causes exfoliation of the epidermis at the base of the hair follicle, thereby preventing the formation of comedones. Salicylic acid has a moderate irritant effect, does not penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, which, in turn, reduces the possibility of side effects in the post-peeling period.
For use in seborrhea, acne, actinic hyperkeratosis, impaired skin microrelief, senile lentigo, aging skin, post-acne scars.
