With neurosensitive skin or skin prone to neurodermatitis, the skin's barrier functions are often impaired due to exposure to external factors and stress. The base of the DMS Cera+ cream (dermal membrane system) strengthens the skin barrier and optimizes its functions. DMS Cera+ restores the skin barrier with lamellar lipids identical to skin lipids. Repair and protection are enhanced by additional ceramides, which are natural components of the skin's healthy lipid barrier.

Transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and the feeling of skin tightness are significantly reduced and moisture content is increased. DMS Cera+ also protects against the penetration of irritants by repairing the skin barrier and preventing the development of neurogenic inflammatory processes.

Biomimetic anti-stress peptide (palmitoyl tripeptide-8) reduces the release of substance P, preventing the development of neurogenic symptoms and reducing their visible manifestations.
